Nysosel® 800
IQatalyst’s Nysosel® 800 is applicable in the hydrogenation of a wide variety of edible oil feedstocks. It combines high activity with good selectivity and filterability. It is sold reduced and protected in fully hardened vegetable oil.
Nysosel® 810
IQatalyst’s Nysosel® 810 is applicable in the hydrogenation of a wide variety of edible oil feedstocks. It combines high activity with good selectivity and filterability. It is sold reduced and protected in fully hardened vegetable oil.
Nysosel® 820
IQatalyst’s Nysosel® 820 is applicable in the hydrogenation of a wide variety of edible oil feedstocks. It combines superior activity with good selectivity and filterability. It is extremely resistant to catalyst poisons. It is sold reduced and protected in fully hardened vegetable oil.
Nysosel® 880
IQatalyst’s Nysosel® 880 is a low nickel catalyst applicable in the hydrogenation of a wide variety of edible oils. It combines superior activity with good filterability. It is extremely active and can be used for hydrogenations at lower temperatures. It is sold reduced and protected in fully hardened vegetable oil. Nysosel® 880 is applied as catalyst in the full or partial hydrogenation of edible oils. Various vegetable and marine feedstocks can be hydrogenated to products applied in the manufacture of salad and cooking oils, margarines and shortenings.
Nysosel® 645
IQatalyst’s Nysosel® 645 is a catalyst possessing maximum selectivity in the partial hydrogenation of edible oils. It offers enhanced activity at lower temperatures which minimizes the formation of the trans isomer. Nysosel® 645 is sold reduced and protected in fully hardened vegetable oil. Nysosel 645 is recommended for the partial hydrogenation of edible oils in the manufacture of salad and cooking oils, table spreads and shortenings. It is particularly recommended where maximum selectivity is desired. IQatalyst produces catalysts according to all relevant food regulations.
Nysosel® 210 TM
IQatalyst’s Nysosel® 210 TM is a (sulphided) nickel catalyst on an alumina support. It is specifically recommended for the manufacture of partially hydrogenated oils with steep melting curves.
